Trabant 601S Press space to hear the pathetic engine Engine: 2-stroke 2 cylinder (26 HP) Transmission: 4-speed manual Seats: 4 Weight: 1356 lbs
VEB Sachsenring Trabant This is often referred to as one of the worst cars ever made. It's terribly unreliable. The body panels are made of cotton and plastic, can't be recycled, and don't decompose. It has a puny engine and has only 26 horsepower. The fuse box is open and there are wires hanging out of it. The driver's door only locks from the outside and the passenger door only locks from the inside. It has a hard to use column shifter. There is no fuel gauge, so you have to use a dipstick. You have to add gas mixed with oil. The emissions are terrible.
