I was at a restaurant and it had US number plates. I counted them and realised there were only 45 on the wall.
I really want to call this restaurant out because they said that they had every number plate but they don’t. I know that Iowa and NY aren’t on there but I can’t tell what other ones are missing. Help would be appreciated
