quality.......low,, anyways i've been coming up with some random region ideas, just because why not, and this is one of the rivals i'm still working on her design, so this one isn't the most accurate version uhhh anyways her name is talia and she specializes in poison types, and the current poison-type gym leader is training her to be his successor. her partner pokémon is a shiny nidoqueen. idk that much about personality yet? she would be really focused and determined, but kinda distant, too preoccupied with her own goals to pay attention to stuff around her (which gets her into trouble a few times) her older sister is the leader of the region's evil team, but talia doesn't know that idk what else? i haven't designed the other rival yet but his name is cade and he's from hoenn the background is there for a reason
