As for how to play, it's fairly simple. Your deck consists of all of your collected cards, and you will draw a random one at the beginning of the game. You can attack with your current card, or you can click the deck to draw a new one. You may only draw one card per turn. When you attack, if you have greater HP than your opponent, you win, and if they have greater HP, they win. First to five wins wins overall.
