The thumbnail doesn't seem to show up, and I've done everything correctly that I know of. Anyone know what's up with that, or have possible solutions? My only solution was putting roach for the thumbnail instead this is the first time i've drawn a meadow im so sorry Name : Seamus Age : Young adult Gender : Male Pronouns : He/him Backstory : Separated from his parents and siblings at birth, Seamus was adopted and raised by a kind elderly woman named Barbara, who lived in a secluded little cottage that sat next to a large meadow. Seamus's favorite thing to do was run for hours through this meadow, diving through the soft blanket of flowers as if it were an ocean. Barbara treated Seamus to as close to royalty as an elderly woman can, feeding him his absolute favorite foods and treating him with comfortable bedding and kindness. Seamus was a great active partner, always being able to cheer Barbara up during an especially rainy day. They were truly a pair that seemed nearly too good to be true. On one of these particularly rainy times, there came a day that forced Seamus out of his magical, spoiled fantasy, and back into harsh reality. In this one morning, Seamus ended up being the only one to wake from sleep. Barbara's passing struck him like a dagger, leaving a jumble of disbelief, shock, and confusion. He fled from the cottage, running for what felt like an eternity, brushing past the meadow that used to bring him so much joy that he never wanted to leave it. Now the only thing he wanted was to escape it. After abandoning his home, he found himself at a farm that stood on flat grassland, where he reluctantly settled after the couple who owned the farm fed him through this series of cold and lonely nights. He lived here for a while, though he hadn't forgotten about Barbara. Seamus's numbness made him feel as if he was watching his own life carry on, as if everything he did was automatic. He carried on like this for what was probably around a year, and the couple of farmers were sweet to him through this whole time. However, despite this, Seamus once suddenly had an urge. An urge to revisit his old home. For this entire year without his meadow to run through, so much energy inside him had built up, and now it wanted to escape. Seamus set out, and trekked until his muscles ached. He was drained of hope. With no luck of finding his old home, he began to turn back, just as he saw it. A large grouping of yellow in the distance. Excitement surged through his body, and the aching ceased as he sprinted his way to the meadow. Finally, he was back. He spent ages swimming through this ocean of flowers, running and running until sundown. From here, Seamus found that he was able to accept that him and Barbara would never be together again. He continued to live at the farm, where he was kindly cared for. However, he visited his old meadow daily, always bounding through it until the sun lowered itself out of the sky. This was how it was meant to be. Whew ◊ Art : Me () ◊ Music : I Dreamt We Spoke Again - DCFC ◊ DTA :
