3-2-1, AKA 3 DPS(damage), 2 supports, and 1 tank. I do NOT like it. I like the tank changes, but I do NOT want a single tank. I am yet to be able to play Experimental(will edit once I have), but Overwatch is not fit to have one tank. IMO, Only Shield tanks, Zarya(with new changes), and MAYBE Roadhog will be playable. Dva also might be viable(seeing how Self Destruct will be easier to get off if they don't have a shield or Zarya) Symmeta and Pharah will be useless, and this hurts me as a Sym player, but whatever. Pharah needs buffs(add armor to her health pool, like 50 armor on top of her 200 health) Mercy might need to be buffed a bit to be able to heal the single tank and the DPS. Moira would probably need nerfs as she can 1v1 most DPS. Brigitte should have slight buffs(to shield, and revert armor nerfs and a slight increase to her self-heal on inspire) EDIT: I played it. It is absolute HELL. You can only win with either Zarya or DVa. It is a Sniper Hellscape. I won a single game(of FIVE) I will quit QP/Comp if these go through, hell, I might quit the game. 1/10. Only getting a 1 because nobody can play Dva and I am The Dva Player Who Remains
