Backstory: When little, he and his sister where street kids and as they grew up, they where taken hostage by a guy. They ended up being rescued by the Jedi, and His sister Kara ended up being a force sensitive child but he was nothing but an ordinary kid. He wanted so badly to e like his sister but the Jedi rejected him and he tried to fight his way to Kara. He managed to steal Jedi tricks and tried using them but he didn't have any formal training so he failed badly. He was sent of where he and Kara would never see each other again. He got taken to the Sith and they told him that they could train him into a Jedi, or a Sith. One that would be even better and stronger than Kara. He got consumed from the dark side and wanted to beat Kara every time.

Karen was angry that his younger sister got the power and he was left like a toy, so he watched her training carefully and tried to copy her. The Jedi found out about this and sent him of where Kara and Karen would never see each other again.
