She is one of the older elementals and was educated about Hollow Triangle, its culture, and the Elemental race early in her life. But Arsenic behaved differently from the ideal elementals and was ostracized. She didn't fit in socially like the majority of the arsenics and even when she tried to be mostly obedient to Hollow Triangle's rules, sincostan punished her by sending her to the Reciprocal Planet multiple times to be abused. Sincostan considered her to be a piece of toxic elemental arsenic rather than a magical being that has strengths, weaknesses, and a high arsenic content in her body. In 1873, she entered the Hollow Triangle trials in order to get a chance to live a new life on another planet. In the same year, she won versus the other hated arsenics and traveled to Dreamtalk Earth. When she traveled to Dreamtalk Earth, Arsenic was ordered to keep her past hidden. On Dreamtalk Earth, Arsenic hid her identity as Ariana Sanchez. And in 1879, she met a human named Sam and they married each other. Arsenic was a housewife who often cooked for her husband. She was angry and hurt at sincostan but she was able to repress those feelings as she thought Sam loved her due to him not knowing her elemental identity. She was very confused about feeling love for the first time, given that is a feeling she never felt before, but she ended up truly loving him. She was extremely insecure on the inside though, trying to conceal who she truly is in hopes that Sam would stay with her. She was also afraid that her husband wouldn't care for her anymore if he knew she was an arsenic alien. In July 1883, Sam really wanted to have a baby with Arsenic. Secretly worried that Sam would stop liking her if she didn’t have a baby, she went along with him. But after that, it took Sam 2 days to die from arsenic poisoning and she was immediately suspected of murdering him. A week after Sam died, she was trialed for murder but she was released due to a lack of evidence. In November 1883, thanks to some news coverage, Arsenic was forced out of her house by undercover Hollow Triangle agents and was relocated to the Periodic houses by sincostan. In modern times, Arsenic's grief still affects her and now she has trouble knowing who she is as a person. Her husband's love made her think that sincostan isn't actually right about her being a toxic monstrosity but now Arsenic thinks she is wrong. Now she considers herself to be evil but not the piece of elemental arsenic she was considered to be... If she's not his wife or a lump of arsenic, what is she? She stops for a moment when she saw her husband's gravestone before continuing to walk again. ♡ Arsenic walks away from the cemetery and goes towards a beach-like area. Arsenic leans and looks at the water in front of her to see her reflection. She realizes her reflection is nothing like she used to be and yearns for her husband to touch her with his love so she can be secure. She remembers her past relationship and her heart pounds with the thought. ♡ Arsenic stands behind two trees. A cloud goes over the moon and Arsenic begins to think of rain before looking up at the sky. ♡ Arsenic lowers her head and sheds a tear that goes down to her mouth. Arsenic immediately wipes the tear with her hand. ♡ Arsenic lies on the ground, zones out, and thinks about being with her husband again like in the past but realizes her thoughts are not possible as her husband's gone and that she is just alone.
