I made this on Gacha Studio.
My class ( @aquajaguar7 included!) finished a book called The Thief of Always and there is a girl named Lulu. She doesn't look like this but she acts very bubbly and adorable. I thought this girl looked very bubbly and adorable. BTW, The Thief of Always is one the bests books I have read in my entire life and is a book I highly recommend!
