What a scary but addicting song. This is a UTAU cover, for a song, for those who don't know. For those who don't know what UTAU is, it's a Japanese singing synthesizer application. It's free. And it's not only used strictly for singing in Japanese, people can use it to sing in just about any language including English, Spanish, Chinese, Tagalog, you name it. The singing voices in this project are entirely voice samples, of a voice provider, called a voicebank, all stitched together by a program! Another cool thing about the UTAU community and virtual program is you can make your own voicebanks or make covers! Welcome to the UTAU community! This track was a complete self-challenge, my challenge was to use the following... - Use a song you've never even heard of before, but it has a UST for it. Oh? Arthur, the song is a duet?? - Then use two female UTAU VCV Voicebanks... Ones you've never heard of. - COMPLETELY re-tune the entire UST by yourself... BY HAND. Yes, Arthur, stop right there, don't even bother downloading a copy and paste plugin for UTAU. Put it back. No copying and pasting. Don't look so sad, you'll be proud. This was my first ever (published) cover utilizing female voicebanks. I was very (by that, I mean EXTREMELY) nervous about using them, since I've never used female voicebanks before but I think they work extremely well here. Before this, I've never even HEARD Kon Hasune's voice. She's not even in any ENGLISH Youtube videos from what I've seen. She's the higher pitched little girl voice. I think my favorite part is the beginning where Megane sings, but I like all of it. I hope you can hear and enjoy my tuning. I tuned like, everything. Like, 90%. I really like the mixing part where they sing together, because they sort of split a little between the left and right earphones. Voicebanks used: Mégane -Magnolia- VCV and Kon Hasune -Shinnaru- VCV. Song: ヤツメ穴 (Lamprey Hole) UST by Mei-Saime which can be downloaded here: /watch?v=KzsfpMXtx34 Mixing and tuning entirely by me. Resamplers used: Fresamp, just like all my other covers, usually. I think I used flags, but I can't remember. Usually I use Fresamp or EFB-GT. Uploaded on June 28, 2019
