It's a customizable pen Hotbar! See inside for more details. I recommend you leave the border width at least 3 because of the way it draws.
Note: The function that finds the color value for this program is also written by me. See inside for more details. Currently, you can't have any items IN the Hotbar, but I'm working on that.
