Change log: 1/24/20: Working on variables for the phases. Working on the movement phase and making the scratch trooper movable. 2/16/21: Successfully insured that there is only 6 phases. More variable work to test the shooting phase. (there are no psychers at the the current moment.) Added a target for future work.
