Two astronauts get into a daring contest of getting an inch closer to a supermassive black hole in the Milky Way galaxy to collect even more information for NASA. Duration (not including intro)- 2:34 Sagittarius A is actually a real black hole in the center of the Milky Way galaxy which our home planet resides in. The amount of light years away from Earth is also accurate. However, interstellar travel to the black hole itself is almost impossible at this day and age, since travelling only 4 light-years itself would cost 137,000 years of interstellar travel, and unless you had the ability to not age at all, you'd definitely pass away long before you even reach the halfway point.
Voice Actors: @Stormechoes as Miller @jasonthescracther as Edmund Music: (In Order of Playback) Teminite- Panda Eyes Hans Zimmer- Coward (Interstellar Soundtrack) Kuba Te- Shade Like SoundFX provided by Freesound Photos: Black hole (Gargantua) from Interstellar Spaceship cockpit Information of Sagittarius A found on Google. DISCLAIMER: Yes, I understand that the metric unit I used in this animation (inches) is inaccurate based on how far they actually traveled, they at least travelled, 5-20 miles every time they kept daring themselves to go farther, so sorry about that xD BUT, this is the Techverse, anything can happen in the Techverse ;) FUN FACT: Miller and Edmund's names were inspired by the astronauts in Interstellar, (Miller was the astronaut who discovered the waterworld which she named Miller, and Edmund was the astronaut that discovered the desert planet which was named after him too)
