This is a "Choose Your Own Adventure" story about health. The controls are simple. Type in 1 of the 2 choices in the red boxes that you would like to do. Depending on your choices, you will get one of the four endings available. You also learn about Teen Sleep in the beginning and the end! You have to type it in EXACTLY as you see it in the box (not including capitals). If you type it wrong, you will have to start over.

Thanks for playing and have a great day! My personal connection for this is that, along with many other 7th graders, I don't get to the required 8-10 hours of sleep every night. I get tired sometimes because of this. I picked this topic to not only help others see why sleeping at the right time is important, but to also better my understanding of why I have to sleep at the right time every night. I made this game about homework and procrastination because staying up to do homework is one of the leading causes for not having enough sleep (besides devices and electronics).
