(it will change sometimes) - follow the palette. only use the top colors for the characters. the boxed colors is for backgrounds. the yellow/green color is ONLY USED for things like drool and blood. if you have any questions, ASK BEFORE USE. - only ocs. no fandom please! if you have an oc in a fandom you want to use, ask, and i might make an exception. - you do not have to ask to enter for the thumbnail!!! - don't animate on the backdrop - up to two parts - up to 3 sprites - PMV, AMV, and tweening is all fine. - you can slightly alter the palette for things like shading and lighting - please remix for the part!
