So I figured since Decidueye was based off a Pueo owl I figured a Galgarian variant could be a snowy owl (creative I know) so I decided to do just that. May be OP we may never know.

Fails if used consecutively) Description (Shield): These Decidueye have moved into the mountains in favor of a cooler altitude. Their hoods are made of thin threads made of ice which never melt. The fluff in the hoods made of shed down from when they evolved. They protect the Rowlets using shields made of ice which never melt. Description (Sword): They create blades from ice and fight off those who threaten their nest. The blades can give frostbite to those who unworthy weild it. The swords cannot melt even within the hottest conditions. Extra: The dark coloring around its eyes refuses strain on the snowy terrain.
