---- RULES AND REGULATIONS ----- 1. I don't really put much of a limit onto the skill level with my map parts; as long as you can draw basic art and animate, you'll most likely be in. IF I DO NOT RESPOND TO YOUR OFFER IN A WEEK, however, that means you're not accepted. Don't throw a fit if you don't get the part. Thanks. 2. Do not use backgrounds or color effects, due to the nature of it as a PALETTE MAP, and with the backgrounds you'd just completely be hindering my usage of putting it together. 3. 1-2 sprite limit. No more than that. Try not to make your coding overly complicated or laggy as well, to avoid general messiness when the map is put together. 4. Due to the nature of your parts, and the map itself, you will be given 20 DAYS to finish your part. It's a lot, so don't abuse it. SOME OF THESE PARTS ARE LITERALLY 3 SECONDS LONG AND I AM GIVING YOU 20 DAYS LOL. 5. With the palette, you can shape it however you'd like. PMV, lineart, etc etc, as long as there is clear effort put into the final product. Have some basic animation as well - make it flowing and as pretty as you can, though I won't force you. 6. Link two of your art pieces/animations in your offering comment, and also as a codeword, mention your favorite color in there SOMEHOW. Not obviously. Just... very vaguely, 'kay? 7. Stick to the designated palette or I will maim you. 8. Despite the Homestuck song, keep things mostly animalistic in fashion. Warriors, furries, anything works if you have a feel for it. Just vibe. 9. Try to avoid absolute memeing in the part. Or comedy in general. This song gives off a serious/intense vibe and you should probably follow it. 9b. -- By extension, try to limit the blood, though. Fighting or violence is fine, as long as there isn't entrails spilling all over the ground and gross stuff all over. Don't try to scare the children,, 10. 3 parts maximum, per person. Backups cannot take a backup for a specific part, and you will only receive one if we're around the finished production, and someone dropped out and we need them. ------ That's about it, thanks! Sorry if I'm a bit strict, I haven't hosted a map for years.
