Songs (and their explantations): "Hakuna Matata": Ravenpaw and Barley basically live their lives in a barn where there is always plentiful food and water. Although they face some troubles, they pretty much have "no worries". (Ravenpaw's voice in my head sounds just like young Simba to me. Barley is Pumbaa and a mouse on the side is Timone.) ___________________________________________ "When Will My Life Begin": Rusty longs for a life outside of his kittypet roots in the first book. (This one's a little bit of a stretch since like 5 pages in the book are dedicated to this event but whatever. And cats can't read. Unless you're in Harry Potter.) ___________________________________________ "A Whole New World": Brambleclaw and Squirrelflight journey to the sun-drown place where it basically is a "whole new world." They fall in love during the journey. (I feel like I found the perfect picture for this one. The cliff edge kinda looks like a magic carpet. Also Squirrelflight's voice is like Jasmine's to me.) ___________________________________________ "Go the Distance": Brambleclaw (again?) feels like he doesn't belong because his father is the evil Tigerstar. He goes to the sun-drown place to try to prove himself by saving the Clans. He envisions himself leading the Clans to the Lake Terrioties, the "warm welcome". (Ignore the monolog of him finding out he is a god. I don't think that happens in the book series. Correct me if I'm wrong.) ___________________________________________ "Colors of the Wind": Bluestar is asking Rusty to join ThunderClan and learn the ways of the wild. Bluestar/ Pocohontas is refers to herself as a "savage" like how Smuge calls them "huge wildcats". (Don't know if cats can paint.) ___________________________________________ "You've Got a Friend in Me": Firestar and Graystripe are best friends. (This one really doesn't need an explanation.) ___________________________________________ "Everybody Wants to Be a Cat": The five founders are shown in the image.
