Happy Move It Monday! For today, I decided to choose some easy, simple exercises to complete because, lets face it. Mondays are tough! Hit a CD to begin a short exercise "video." When you click on a CD, it will grow and you will see a note saying how many times to do the exercise. After the "video" is over, you will be brought back to the main screen. You will need: -Dumbell (for standing side bends/ any weight will work and this is not necessary, but strongly encouraged!) *If you do not have a dumbbell, you can substitute it for any other weighted object.*
I RECOMED TURNING YOUR VOLUME DOWN BEFORE BEGININNING. I think I gave my dog a heart attack when I tested it lol. And I hope @thrushes will appreciate this warning.
