Bio Name: Rey (Flora) Gender: Female Species: Mutant cat Personality: Quiet, adventurous, brave Other: Rey (or more commonly known as Flora), was once again, another stray used for horrific gene experimentation, though this time it was success. They had seen all of the ocs people made, all the fursonas and characters people used and thought, what if we could make this real? Though the experiment had still gone horribly wrong, the animal didn’t die. By breeding a parasitic plant that rooted into the brain, they were able to (painfully) have flowers slowly sprout out of the eye sockets, creating the right effect. This did kill a lot of other cats unfortunately, and Rey was the only to survive. Obviously the flowers blinded her, but they also attracted a friend (A butterfly she secretly named Newton). A while later, the parasite spread, and a new flower sprouted out of her neck, destroying her voice box, and she ultimately lost her ability to speak. Rey eventually escaped the abusive scientists before they could do any more to her, but being blind, mute, and colorful didn’t make it easy, so Newt helped her by becoming her eyes. She was able to see out of his eyes while he fluttered and was able to live life as she always dreamed. Free and beautiful.
