================================Name: Lucius ------------------ Gender: Male ================================ His species reside in deep waters. They rarely come up to the top of the water except for complete curiosity. They tend to be travellers of the deep and typically move around alone until they find a worthy mate, or companion, in the deep seas. They tend to mate for life and often if one goes down the other will also go down with them. Parents usually leave their young once they are capable of fending for themselves in the sea. They are excellent hunters, using their light to attract their prey. They tend to spend their time relaxing at the bottom of the sea when they aren't hunting or travelling. The differentiation between male and female is the fact males tend to have more vibrant colors and markings while females usually have more dull colors, besides the bulb, and minimal to no markings. They aren't typically very colorful, though they tend to have a feature on them that really contrasts the rest of the colors on them. ================================<> Personality: Lucius, much like most of his kind, is a loyal waterdwelling creature. He has interests in collecting and travelling, though he isn't the most active of his kind. He enjoys spending time on the floor of the sea and grabbing easy prey. Lucius is curious about the world out there, but he enjoys the comforts of being in one place more. He has an interest in architecture design and actually seeing other creatures. These interests derive from the fact he once came across a city of creatures when he was much younger. While he may be incredibly friendly, he tends to act very off and isn't very sensitive to the feelings of others. Lucius is often a bit too lost in his own thoughts and interests to understand others. His laziness won't stop him from his dreams! Oh... Oh... Wait, nevermind... He's taking a snooze again. He has three siblings, Lumen, Unda and Altum. His family travelled around a lot during his childhood. They came across a city one day which started Lucius' curiosity. The city was in a deep chasm. It had interesting architecture work for the buildings. There was lighting from small fluorescent rocks that were laced together with string and hung up around the city. The lights seemed to float magically, though there was a logical reason for them to float. The faint glow of the city was so beautiful to Lucius. It was cut short by his family moving. He swore that he would find that city again. Later on, Unda was killed. It left Lucius heartbroken but he knew he had to move on. Lucius had reached the age that he was supposed to leave the comfort of his family. He went off to search for the city of light. And that is his goal. ================================<> Trivia: - Lucius loves to decorate his small current home with little glowy plants that seem to resemble a flower. He finds the glow comforting as it kind of reminds him of the city. - Lucius gathers rocks and tries to carve things out of them. - The walls of Lucius' home has many "drawings" on them. - Lucius loves shrimp. D O N ' T A S K H I M F O R A D V I C E - Lucius gets grumpy when he hasn't eaten in a while. (Dude you need to go on a diet-) - His voice sounds very soft. - He is gullible. He will wholeheartedly believe you if you tell him something... Unless he seriously knows better... But he is still very gullible.
