Rules: No genderswapping. Hats and accessories can go outside of the inner line, but not the outer. No skins violating Scratch's Terms of Use or Community Guidelines. Must have a theme, no code unless it is animated. Needs to be sentient. (Eyes, Mouth, etc.) You can use a combination of waves for voice, but only up to 3. No copyrighted characters: Mario, Luigi, Tails, Mickey, etc.
