Welcome to the project for all your fantasy RPG needs! In this project that you should remix, you can fill out details to make YOURSELF a playable character in this for-fun fantasy RPG world! This "world" is a mix of both Diablo 2 and Dungeons & Dragons, it uses Diablo 2's usage of skills, and handling equipment, and D&D for it's vast, near endless world of quests, stories, and exploration! To start, just remix the project, delete the sprite "Start Here", and fill out the details on the costumes in the "Remix This" sprite! Also you are not bound to the costumes, i made it so you can just duplicate the costumes with minimum worry and use it as a new page! Here's a step-by-step guide for each page in this project: Character Build - Page 1: This is the first page, it contains the character's Name, Nickname (i didn't add one for my first build), the character's Level, Species, Alignment, and Personality. Now you have quite a few options right here already, does your character have a unique name/nickname? Is he/she just starting out, or has more end-game gear? What kind of unique species combinations can you make with the Species part? Is the character more suited for healing with a Cleric build role? Is the character devilishly evil with Chaotic Evil, or more good with Lawful Good? So many choices just from those options! Equipment (Weapons) - Page 2 You can have an upward of 6 weapons on your character at a time, and only two weapons can be active unless they are Two-Handed. Weapons can range from simple things like bows and swords, to literal world destroying weapons like the World-Cleaver. When choosing your weapons, it's not necessary for your weapons to be enchanted already, it can just be a club for all you care, but it IS a good idea to have at least one Melee & Ranged Weapon on hand. What are One-Handed, Two-Handed, and Duel-Handed weapons? Simple! One-Handed means you can hold them AND another weapon/shield that is also One-Handed. Two-Handed means the weapon requires both your hands to wield, so you can't combine it with a shield and whatnot. Duel-Handed is the blend of the two, you can use it as either One-Handed or Two-Handed, but in most cases the item will be more effective if you stuck with just one of the two ways of holding it. Equipment (Armor/Charms) - Page 3 Every character must have some protection! And that's what this is for! You can have two types of armor (1 main armor, 1 sub-main armor), and 3 charms. Charms are little trinkets that are enchanted that give the wearer little boosts or protection against certain things, and armor is... well, protection. Skills - Page 4, 5, 6 This is the REAL good stuff! You can make your own character skills! Your normal/pre-learned skills are ones you get by spending skill points that you acquired through level up (you get 1 skill point for both normal & pre-learned skills, you can interchange you usage between the two). You CAN'T under any way have either your total normal/pre-learned skills go over your character level unless you specifically say that a skill(s) has gotten an extra point or two through very rare one-time usage "extra skill point" items. You don't have to spend your skill points however. Character unique skills are the ONE except to going over character level, as they are unique to your character AND are always MAX leveled by base status. Skill Dictionary - Page 7 This one is simple: Explain your skills in detail! Use it to explain complicated skills! Character Lore - Page 8 This is where you give your character his/her backstory! Go crazy and do something creative for the lore!
