1) MOVE the tennis racket to where you want to hit the ball from. 2) ADJUST the ball x and y speeds, or use the set button to set the angle (between 90 and 0) and speed of the ball. 3) Press the GREEN FLAG to activate physics. 4) Press SPACE to run simulation. 5) Set speeds to 0 with 'reset' and clear the lines with 'clear'.
This simulation is for my As level Physics. -All speeds are in m/s. -Updates ball speed every tenth of a second. -Bounces with half the speed it hit the ground with (roughly standard). -Ball decelerates by 1 m/s/s each time it hits/roll along the ground. (So if it rolls it will decelerate at 10m/s) -The acceleration due to gravity is -9.81m/s/s. -Air resistance is considered negatable. -The tennis court is 23m long (roughly 78ft).
