After you click the flag you get a short interactive lead-in before the story begins. This is just the first hour of a 3 hour story. Its broken into segments of about 5 mins each. There are slight overlaps as you move from one segment to the next - due to the way it had to be chopped up. Enjoy the story....
If you have an hour to spend on it, the story will play through continuously. But if you want to listen to it over a few days, you can come back into it without having to play it from the start. Here's how.... 1. Click into the "See Inside" blue button at the top right of the page. 2. Find the icon for the Bell in the Sprite box. Make sure it is high-lighted. 3. Look over to the left and there are three tabs - Code, Costumes and Sounds. 4. Click on the Code tab - you should now be able to see the blocks of code in the middle section. 5. You should be able to see blocks of code with a purple bar in the middle of each. The writing within each purple b;ock will say "Play sound Not Just Anybody Family Part 01a until done" You only need to concentrate on the 1a bit. Part One = 1a Part Two = 1b Part Three = 1c Part Four = 2a Part Five = 2b Part Six = 2c Part Seven = 3a Part Eight = 3b Part Nine = 3c Part Ten = 4a Part Eleven = 4b Part Twelve = 4c 7. If you know the Part Number that you want just click on the Brown "When I receive" button above the number you want to listen to, and it will play just that part. 8. When you are listening this way it should jump on to the next part automatically. If it doesnt when one part finishes you can always go back to click on the next tab you want to listen to 9. When you first open the Code box, you will only be able see the top blocks of code, maybe down as far as 2a. To see the rest you will need to scroll down. 10. If you want to scroll down to find lower blocks of code - see the narrow bar for dragging down (which is on the right of the middle section but is hard to see. Its grey and just beside the Bell sprite in the top right corner). Left click on the bar and drag it down. 11. Let's go...
