First of all, I want to say that this episode of BFB was AMAZING in my opinion. I know many people didn't like it, and that's fine, but please no hate towards this episode in the comments. Now, This contains SPOILERS for BFB 16, So watch that first! Now, On to the analysis! Please read my notes for credits and a key if you don't want to read all of this. 1: The episode begins with Loser reading Donut's journal. He almost reveals what the speaker box contains, but Donut stops writing there. Earlier I found a really interesting comment (Furreto The Furret) saying that maybe 4 WAS the announcer. This does seem unlikely at first, but if you look at "All I Want for X-mas", X actually mentions the TLC. He would not know about this. UNLESS 4 was the announcer and could have told X about it. Also, 4 knows about BFDI, the original, being that the prize is a LITERAL BFDI. Or maybe I'm looking to far into these scattered pieces of the show. 2: The next thing I want to talk about is what they are actually battling for! At first, I thought 4 meant that the winner would compete in a BFDI, but that was a confusing theory because why would there need to be a winner? Couldn't they just all compete in a BFDI? Or, who would the winner be up against in a BFDI? Then, 4 offered to change it to a BFB. (effectivly making the title of this series even more ridiculous than before.) He shows everyone the prize to lure everyone back to his side. This makes me think that the prize is somehow physical, although this makes no sense (not that it did in the first place). This is more something to think about than a theory, but it feels like I'm close and yet light years away from figuring it out. Please, if you have an idea, share it! 3: My next subject is about X leaving 4. I think that X probably left because of two things. 1: 4 is consistently terrible to X. In BFB 5, it is strongly implied that 4 DISMEMBERS X. In another episode (even though I can't remember which one) One of the contestants asks 4 where X is, and 4 replies with, "Burn center." I'm not completely sure about what this is, and I do NOT want to look it up, but it sounds painful. I didn't even name everything, because if I did, it would take hours. 2: 4 pushing X away in BFB 16. I know this one is more simple and obvious, but I think if it was just this, X would NOT have left. But this, combined with 4's mistreatment of X, led to the inevitable separation of the two. However, one thing confuses me. I previously mentioned the "All I Want for X-mas" video, which happened just before BFB 16, and the two were fine. However, even 4 can be nice to X sometimes, and that was probably just one of the times that they were alright with each other, like in BFB 11. 4: This next part is an actual theory. This is probably not going to happen, but it would be cool to see 4 be a little nicer to the remaining contestants, being that they chose to stay, unlike the beginning of the series, where they had no other options. Or maybe he will be more mindful about how he treats them, learning from what happened with X. It will probably not happen, because, well, it's 4. He's practically insane. It is also quite possible that without X to keep him in check, 4 will be even WORSE. 5: This next one is more of a conspiracy theory, having to do with the elimination. It would make sense that jacknjellify purposely made Spongy one of the most unlikable characters in BFB 13 and 14. As we all know, Spongy's elimination was a major part of the episode. If he hadn't been eliminated, the eliminated characters would have no way to get out of 4. It also was the reason everyone came over. They wanted to watch 4 struggle, so they came over, leading to them all being in one place. Also, it adds to 4's losing streak throughout the episode. First, he couldn't get Spongy into the exit, leading to the eliminated contestants escaping. Then, he gets touched by fire (and, this leads to a minitheory. In BFB 15, 4 is STANDING ON LAVA for the ENTIRE EPISODE, yet this tiny flame hurts him. Maybe just his limbs are fireproof.). Then 2 shows up, almost everyone switches to 2's show including his best friend, and he get a taste of his own medicine (being teleported). This episode really made me feel bad for 4, I should probably mention that. That tangent aside, it just seems really convenient, although I know that they could have worked out the story otherwise. 6: This next one has more to do with 2. As we all know, he is now the host of The Power of Two, or TPOT. But I had a question: Where would eliminated contestants go? Well, wherever it is, it might have to do with that door. I think that maybe the door in the back of EXIT leads to "2's version" of EXIT. Anyways, sorry for how long that was. I want to say again, it's ok if you don't agree with my theories or my opinion on the episode. Please tell me if you find holes in my theories or if you have something to add.
BFB and TPOT belong to jacknjellify! So do Four and Two! Art by me. jacknjellify owns the characters! Also I am REALLY sorry about how long this is. I am so passionate about this show, it's a problem. If only our essay subjects in school were this interesting. Here's a key if you want to read a specific theory/idea. 1: The contents of the Announcer. 2: The prize of BFB. 3: Why X left 4. 4: 4 maybe being nicer after this episode 5: CONSPIRACY: Spongy's elimination 6: The mysterious second door in 4's EXIT Remember: These are theories and ideas. They are not fact as of BFB 16, and I may very well be wrong. Not facts, just something to think about. I want to set 2 on fire and that's WHY I like him. In my opinion, if a character is so memorable that you hate the number itself, that's good writing.
