You get 16 skill points apply a skill point by filling a circle of a certain skill with a different color you get 18 if you are a career. Proficient skills are skills your character knows be it through training as a career or it's your family's trademark or even something you picked up from being in your district something you needed to survive you get 6 unless you are a career then you get 8. Also you need at least 6 sentences 4 description and 2 background sentences.
