~Two projects in one day? ~100% vector Willow is probably my favorite WOF character. Don't ask me why; I don't know but I really like her. Sorry I'm not very good at drawing with my laptop so I just reshaped circles and ovals. I might go back and give this more detail later, it depends on how much attention this gets.
