LEFT/RIGHT arrow keys turn the spaceship. UP arrow applies thrust. Today we fixed a starship control bug and added a new feature where when you fly to a star you go into a new "SOLAR SYSTEM NAVIGATION" game mode. That mode isn't yet written so the game is currently in a kind of broken state.
This project is part of an ongoing video/stream series where we are making a game from Scratch. We stream every weekday from 12pm to 1pm EST on Twitch and we archive the videos on youtube. Search for our username on either of these sites to find them.
