Hi everyone! I made this project to show you what I've been working on this week. My mom and I painted a total of 40 rocks to scatter around our town. I hope this gives you some inspiration for what you can do during quarantine! **If you remix PLEASE change something. People have been remixing exact copies of the project and I have to report them as it breaks the Community Guidelines.** How to make your own! Start by finding a bunch of good rocks. The best ones are round and smooth, but depending on what you want to paint you might want a different shape. For example, I needed a rectangle-shaped rock for Spongebob and a rock with a flat edge for the penguin so it could stand up by itself. Next, pick your design and start painting. (Make sure you wash out your paintbrushes when you're done.) Finally, if you have a weatherproof paint sealer, I highly recommend using it. It'll make it so the paint won't peel off in bad weather, and it'll make the colors pop and shine! If you have any rocks that you've painted, I'd love to see them.
