Click space to "spawn" your boat, and use the arrow keys to pop the balloons. You can only pop the balloons with the sharp ends of the arrows. (all shots are aimed at the Pterodactyl and come from the boat, so you need to catch the balloons in between the boat and the Dinosaur) The up arrow shoots the arrows up, the right sends them up-right, and the left sends them up-left.
