this AI car kinda learns when you honk it. honk by pressing space. you can only honk it if it is touching the traffic light.
I keep on seeing loads of ai projects that don't exactly qualify. so i decided to make this. UPDATE LOG 1.0 added traffic light 1.1 randomized order of strategies
