This is a draft-start of my attempt to re-create the Windows 8.1 OS. Obviously, i cannot connect to the internet over it, so there will be no Internet Explorer. I've only begun the project, but enjoy nitn nonetheless. W+S is start screen, W+D is Desktop, W+C is charms.
