*uhh, warning since this seems to need one: this is kinda violent, so if you’re sensitive to that, I recommend staying away :’)* Haunted Glow has been completed, so I present to you: A WoF MAP!! Yes, I know. Not many people are familiar with WoF, and even fewer of those who are can draw/animate dragons. I am well aware. But I'm daring to hope!! Also, I just figured that while we’re all in quarantine, it’ll be easier to get MAP parts done. So, uh, that’s one thing. Lessgo? ::Anyways, rules!:: - Yes, you can do PMV. In fact, please do PMV. I'm not gonna force you to animate those funky dragons with their funky designs. But try and make each shot as detailed and unique as you can! Play around with perspective, shading, lighting, etc. I'd like for this to be smooth and atmospheric. - At least try to include some motion, though. Maybe have the shots slide across the screen a bit, or zoom in/out slowly, or shake a bit at the more intense scenes, or things like that. If your art style isn't too complex, you can try some tweening. - I feel like this goes without saying, but do your best to follow the refs and the script, as closely as you can. Read and look them over multiple times, please and thank you. - You have ONE MONTH to complete your part after taking it. I will remind you when you have one week left. Don't be afraid to drop out or ask for an extension. - Please, please, please send me some artwork examples of dragons when you ask for a part. Unless you were invited. Then you're cool. That's cool. Cool. - You can take as many parts as you'd like - just no more than two next to each other. - The codeword is your favorite character out of everyone in Darkstalker: Legends. Use their name in a sentence or something. - oh, right. You have to have read Darkstalker: Legends, or at least know everything that happens in the first part. That's a requirement. You can look it up if you really want to participate. - I'd prefer if you didn't have any backdrops, and instead used a sprite for your background. If you must have a backdrop, however, please do not animate in it. - On a related note, the max number of sprites is five. But please try your best to have three or less. - Make it clear who the characters are!! They each have their own unique designs, so be sure to incorporate that into your artwork! Also, try to make it obvious what's happening, too. Try to make your part(s) expressive and satisfying to the eye. - Don't use a ton of broadcasts!! If you need to use broadcasts, though, don't name them with numbers - use random words or something. - hAvE fUn!1!!!1!1 ::Parts:: Thumbnail Entries (2/5): (Due May 2nd) ((DONE)) Intro - (Due May 2nd) Part 1 - ((DONE)) Part 2 - ((WIP)) (Due May 2nd) Part 3 - (Due May 1st) Part 4 - (Due May 1st) Part 5 - (Due May 1st) Part 6 - (Due May 2nd) Part 7 - ((WIP)) (Due May 1st) Part 8 - (Due May 2nd) Part 9 - (Due May 3rd) Part 10 - Part 11 - (Due May 5th) Part 12 - ((WIP)) (Due May 1st) Part 13 - (Due May 3rd) Part 14 - (Due May 3rd) Part 15 - (Due May 4th) Part 16 - (Due May 3rd) Part 17 - (Due May 2nd) Part 18 - ((WIP)) (Due May 1st) Part 19 - (Due May 3rd) Part 20 - ((DONE)) Part 21 - and ((DONE)) Part 22 - (Due May 2nd) Outro - ((WIP)) (Due once all of the parts are completed ;v;) Backups: (any) (17) (22)
