This is two halves of a shell surrounding a star in the Milky Way Galaxy, known as KS-221-F. Inside the dyson sphere, there are millions and trillions of Solar Panels that harness the energy of the star. The power can either be used to insanely power up technology, or blow up planets with a giant laser, shown in the picture.
