Type what you want the mouth to say in International Phonetic Alphabet (though currently it only works with English phonemes). Sometimes syllables will take too long to utter, usually due to diphthongs or consonant clusters. If that happens, you can just simplify it by removing some sounds. For example, /prɑdʒɛkt/ takes too long, but you can simplify it into /prɑʒɛk/. Spaces will add a pause. This should work with most major dialects of English. If there are sounds not included here that you wish for me to include, feel free to say so in the comments!
