I'm gonna be honest: Yes, this would probably fall under the category of chainmail. BUT, it is an important message which is why I share it. Be careful who you tease. You may not think it's bullying, but who knows what their self-esteem level is. You could have just targeted one of their major insecurities. As a pretty insecure person myself (though I try not to show it), even a joke about me (or my insecurity) can be damaging.
