Press up arrow or click upwards to jump and down arrow to duck. Try not to run into any of the birds or cactuses. THIS WHOLE THING IS POSSIBLE. Your speed will increase after 10 seconds, which, in my opinion, makes it easier to jump over the obstacles. The coin sound signals that your speed just increased.
