Well. Started working on this idea probably like two or three years ago, somewhere in there I redid all the art because it was awful, found this in my unfinished projects a few months back and got it done. And boy, does it feel great!! I'm pretty happy with the outcome--it's definitely the most coding/sprites I've ever done in a project, though it's a lot of the same thing. You've just gotta find... motivation... something I obviously lacked for a while there 71 variables and 75 messages--trust me, I counted (twice) Some names my family got: Redwish Fishergrass Sandgaze Slinksap Shadowwind Leafroot Coppergrass Pinesap Stupidkit /:0 I'm offering OC drawings depending on how busy I am--just ask!! Aaaanyways, it's pretty sound coding (I think), but tell me if there are any glitches. Make sure you follow the instructions when you're naming your cat otherwise it won't work (but ya probably figured that out already). Just a reminder, it'll only generate a warrior suffix if you say you're a queen (q), warrior (w), med cat (m), or deputy (d). All the other names have fixed suffixes or none at all. There are 20 possible suffixes; I might add more... someday... (except I won't shhh) Hope you like it! IF: ya did THEN: tap the heart/star buttons on your way out... ELSE: Constructive criticism is welcome as always! And I'll be happy to explain that if you're new to coding :)
I did this all on Scratch. I'm sure I looked at examples for some of the coding, and @JoyfulDespair seriously helped with the foundation of all this coding. Thanks again! The music is as follows: Don't Leave Me (Ne Me Quitte Pas) is written by Regina Spektor https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BWXWivwhi14 Bubble Toes is written by Jack Johnson https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qc4D42hn-Ww (two phenomenal artists) um dunno if this'll work but #warrior #cat
