A really simple project, however, it's the simplest one I've seen that works. Just hover over the heart and star button on a computer to see what it does! Unfortunately, it's impossible in Scratch to actually detect if the heart/star button has been pressed, but this is the closest you're going to get! Feel free to use this in your project, and credit if you want to! :D
