This project lip sync's to speech. The project maker needs to type his spoken text in a one-letter-per-phoneme form, as inside this project. This project uses the awesome text-to-speech extension, new in Scratch 3. But the sound can be recorded also. Text-to-speech appears to take a moment to load at the beginning. So I say something unimportant at first to get it sync'd up.
