IMPORTANT PLEASE READ (or at least scroll to the bottom cuz I have some important stuff down there) This game is a heavy work in progress, and there is still a lot of stuff that doesn't work. The reason I am uploading it is because I've pretty much lost interest in making it (but still might update it every now and then!) so instead of letting it collect dust in my Scratch projects folder, I decided to share it. PLEASE NOTE: There are a lot of glitches and bugs in this, and Freddy doesn't move since I never got round to programming him- only Bonnie, Chica, and Foxy fully work. If you want to report bugs, feel free, but they might not get fixed. If it's a problem with the monitor while it's open, close and reopen the monitor, and if it's not but you can't play the game because of it, restart the project. KNOWN BUGS: -The power usage bar doesn't work properly -Blocking Foxy with the door breaks the monitor -The monitor sometimes doesn't have static/sometimes can't switch cameras -The doors and lights work really weirdly (turning the light on while the door is closed causes the light to appear for a nanosecond) -The same character may appear at the same time in different places -Switching cameras while a character is changing rooms could glitch it so a room is labelled the wrong name (for example- the backstage may be labelled "dining area"- to fix this just change cameras. I also tried to fix this by making the camera black out for less than a second) -The show stage sometimes gets stuck with all 3 characters on stage even when some have moved (but this usually fixes itself as you keep playing) -A character will not seem to switch to a room if you are looking at the room they are going to move to. They will move to that room, but the camera won't switch to the state with them in. (This isn't really a bug, but something I forgot to add.) Switching cameras then switching back will check if there is someone in the room. -When Bonnie leaves the dining area it may show Chica even if she hasn't left the stage -Foxy runs down the hallway at the speed of sound because I made this in scratch 2, where the game runs a lot slower, so I took a bunch of frames out of his running animation to make it run smoother, but in scratch 3 the game runs a lot faster so he is just lightning speed There are probably more, and if I think of them, I will write them down. -- Note: You can customise the animatronics' AI (how much they move). Look inside the project, scroll down the sprites until you find "robot AI," click it, and in the top left corner is a script with the AI variables. Follow the instructions on the comment I left there to change the AI. The default AI of the animatronics in this project has Bonnie, Chica and Foxy all set to 3. Remember guys, FNAF is a horror game. I have added the jumpscares, so please don't blame me if you get scared. I personally rate this game 12+, but that's just my opinion.
Five Nights at Freddy's by Scott Cawthon. All credit goes to him. 90% of the sprites and artwork used in this are created by him, not me, and all characters and sound effects (except the circus music, which is royalty free) belong to him. HOW TO PLAY: Watch the animatronics on your cameras, and don't let them get to your office. Check your lights frequently, and if you see them outside your office, shut the door until they leave! Check Foxy in Pirate's Cove every now and then, he will only come out if you haven't looked at him in a while. If he is gone, shut the left door before he runs down the hall and jumpscares you! Survive until 6am to win ;)
