Thanks! <3 <> Name: Roselynn Anne Scorch, 'Rose' for Short [ROZZ-UH-LINN AA-NN SCORE-CH] Boy or Girl?: Girl Age: 11 Race: African American Style: Dresses girly, but likes to do tomboy stuff Personality: Talkative, bubbly, joyful, likes to make new friends, very inquisitive, hardly ever shows different emotions than joy, super independent Theme Song: "Unsteady" by Ambassadors (This song is perfect for her because even though she is talkative and bubbly on the outside, her parents abandoning her left her scarred. She needs to learn that communicating emotions and crying isn't weak - it's strong, and she needs to grow valuable relationships with her friends.) Backstory: Roselynn met Blue Fire when they were 7 years old (Roselynn was Blue Fire's neighbor in the village), but they never spoke because Roselynn's parents forbid her to talk to other people. You see, Rose's parents were of high rank and importance in the village, and they didn't want Rose socializing with "peasants". Blue Fire wasn't of low authority in the village, obviously, but Rose's parents still thought that they were better than everyone else. One day, Rose decided to talk to Blue Fire even though her parents forbade it. They became good friends, and Rose's parents became furious. They disowned Rose and abandoned her, leaving her alone in her house with no siblings or immediate family to help her out. Roselynn was forced to work for food, clothing, and other necessities. The fact that her parents ditched her and were now living in a place far, far away, never to see Rose again, never hurt Rose's happy-go-lucky personality, though. She received her fire powers and mask on the same day that Blue Fire got hers, and when she found out that Blue Fire had unique powers, she decided to help out Blue Fire in navigating her new life of prophecy. And that is where the story puts them for now. (I hope that you like this character, but @Hennapon can change whatever she wants if she wants to! :3)
