last modified idk -- this is just an experiment for me like a challenge this is not case sensitive and it is so bad that my encoder+decoder engine should not be used if you just don't want your username and want to try with different names, go here: https://forkphorus.github.io/#386458267 and go to Settings > Username i actually don't know if latestdecoded actually works so if anybody is a scratcher/st rank test it plz guest and new scratcher ranks won't work on this
