This is a basic animator I made. It's a bit messy and complicated, but functional. A and S for left arm, left and right arrow for right arm. G to change mouth. Up arrow to take a frame. Space to play.
Many more joints coming soon. This animator uses no pen. Just a butt-ton of lists.
