the three main problems people make with Frankenstein's monster: -they make him green -they make the skin mostly the same colour -they make the sewn together parts limbs
the problems with that: -Dr. Frankenstein used scavenged body parts and skin, nobody is green -he put together the organs and muscles himself (since he had to be very precise with the body parts) -he would need skin to put over that from various bodies since he'd need to find skin that would still be receptive to electrical stimulation and was not yet decomposed -POC's bodies were probably less likely to be missed by the general public because white people in ye olden dayes -once the monster was alive, the skin would likely heal over the stitches, leaving weird bumpy lines.
