click the button in the top left corner to place that block, after that you can build stuff with that block, press change block to get a different block, put a block on the trash can to delete it, put a block on the arrow to turn it.
WARNING. if you make something inappropriate it will be okay because its only on your screen but if you make a remix with that inappropriate thing then i will ban your account from this game. you have been warned
