In this game you are Clan leader and you need to manage your camp. Use the arrow keys to move. Your avatar is Moonstar. On patrols you may or may not find a new addition to your Clan and you will only find one cat in the whole game. You can click on Moonstar when she asks but don't do it later on in the game or it will take you back to the start.
