The writing is also by me, in my own words. @-Dragonster- Substitutes for ingredients: (please bear in mind I have not tried them so I don't know how well they work) -Unsalted butter can be replaced with lightly salted butter or a different plain fat -Muscovado sugar can be replaced with brown or light brown sugar, though it loses its delicious flavour a bit -Golden syrup can be replaced with honey or maple syrup, though it might taste a bit weird
