Hello, I'm Ciie and well...I'm Chinese! (if you can't tell haha) I've been wanting to do something, since being an ABC, sometimes I forget where my roots came from. I am 100% Chinese (as far as I know), and along with COVID-19, I guess I really want to appreciate my culture a bit more. Just because we're CHINESE, or ASIAN, it doesn't mean we have the CORONAVIRUS. Chinese Culture can be traced back to many of thousands of years ago. The outfit the girl I drew is wearing is a Qipao (长衫), also known as a Cheongsam. It's made out from both cotton and silk. Back in the 17th century, these were worn daily, but now usually only worn on special events, such as CNY and weddings. What's your culture?
